Group and customized tours
For Essential France group and customized tours start at a minimum of 8 people.
Email or fax us your group requests or better yet call us.
Be sure to let us know the following:
• Arrival and departure dates
• Type of hotel 2 star, 3 star, 4 star or moderate, tourist class,
deluxe
• Meal plan if required
• Transfer needs
• Rail or air needs
• Excursions required
• If you will need a coach and if so do you want a guide to accompany
the group
• Is porterage (baggage handling at hotels)
• Does your group have a specific theme? Art – Gastronomy –
student – history – architecture etc…
This section will soon have specific group products such as privatized meal cruises on the Seine river, specialized group restaurants, group hotels and pictures and descriptions of coaches and minivans.
