Night 1:

Hotel : Domaine de Loisy. The countess of Loisy, a famous oenologist and licensed guide, will welcome you in the heart of Burgundy vineyards, in her attractive 17th-19th mansion. It is enhanced by a charming inner courtyard and a beautiful winter garden where you will relax. The domain also owns vineyards and worth touring private cellars.

Night 3:

Château de Saulon: sixteen miles of Dijon, in the heart of a 68 acres wooden park, the Chateau is a superb 17th century castle offering peace and tranquility. Traditional Burgundy cuisine

• Abbaye of Fontenay, one of the unique western abbaye so well conserved
• Château of Ancy-le-Franc

Night 4:

L’assiette Champenoise: this delightful residence in a 4-acre park, just a few miles from the Champagne vineyards, and the city of Reims, is a haven for gourmet.

• Troyes, exceptional 12th century gothic cathedral
• Semur en Auxois, a jewel of a middle-age town
• Epernay, visit Moet & Chandon, La Veuve Clicquot...
• Reims, the cathedral
