Day 1
Arrival in the hotel Palazzo Bocci****

situated in the historical centre of Spello at only 15-km distance from Assisi, dates back to the 1300th and was the residence of the homonymous family. The restorations carried out during the 18 th and 19 th centuries giving it's actual aspect and the Palace has been transformed into a luxury four stars hotel after years of renovation works opening in September 1992.

1 st cooking lesson: from 5.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m in a typical farmhouse
- Course 1:

Pasta : spaghetti, Gnocchi - Tagliatelle - Strangozzi -

Sauces (use of olive oil, tomatoes, truffle etc.)
Dinner - tasting of the dishes prepared during the cooking lesson

Day 2
Buffet breakfast
Morning guided tour of Spello
Light lunch and wine tasting in a local winery

Bruschetta

Typical local and Umbrian broth and vegetable

Dinner - tasting of the dishes prepared during the cooking lesson

- The course is available each day preferable beginning on Monday or on Wednesday (excluding Sundays)
- A brochure with program and recipes will be given to the clients
- 1 guided tour of Spello with visit of a local winery for a tasting of specialties of Spello such as cheese, truffle and wine is included. For the rest of time free we suggest to visit different towns as Assisi (10 km.), Perugia (25 km.), Todi (50 km.), Spoleto (30 km.) etc.
